September 2, 2015 Measures for the Administration of Emergency Working Capital Funding for Enterprise Repayments in Zhumadian Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to alleviate the difficulties of repaying the enterprise emergency loans in order to support the healthy development of enterprises, according to the “ Several Opinions on Further Promoting the Healthy Development of Small-sized Micro-enterprises ”(GZ [2013] No. 61), the Company established“ emergency revolving fund for repaying loans to enterprises in Zhumadian City ”(hereinafter referred to as emergency revolving fund) and formulated this management measure.
