当前,煤炭企业面临着严峻的形势,煤价下跌,行业利润率大幅下降,造成这一局面的原因是多方面的,包括煤炭供给量持续增加、有效需求量下降、行业机制不健全等。针对这些存在的问题,一方面需要从煤炭产业的全局角度出发,改善煤炭供求结构,解决煤价形成机制不善、生产自动化程度不高、产业结构单一的问题;另一方面还要从改革煤炭企业自身的经营理念和战略管理水平入手,提升煤炭企业的抗风险能力,最终促使煤炭企业完成转型升级。
