研究了59例儿童单纯肥胖症和75例对照组体内低密度脂蛋白的氧化修饰以及抗氧化功能。结果发现儿童单纯肥胖症血中氧化修饰型低密度脂蛋白明显升高,维生素E含量降低,总抗氧化活力无变化。单因素和多因素相关分析都发现氧化修饰型低密度脂蛋白与维生素E的含量呈明显负相关。这一结果为儿童单纯肥胖症血管并发症机制的研究奠定了基础。
The oxidative modification and antioxidant activity of LDL in 59 children with simple obesity and 75 controls were studied. The results showed that children with simple obesity blood oxidatively modified low density lipoprotein was significantly increased, vitamin E content decreased, the total antioxidant activity did not change. Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between oxidized low density lipoprotein and vitamin E content. This result laid the foundation for the study of the mechanism of vascular complications in childhood obesity.
