通过进行连铸结晶器插钢带试验,研究了钢水过热度、铸坯拉速、钢带尺寸等对钢带插入速度的影响。结果表明,板坯合理的拉速为1.2~1.4m/min,钢水最佳过热度为28~31℃,钢带插入速度随铸坯拉速的增大而增大。当插入比接近1%时,插入速度随着钢带尺寸的逐渐增大而减小。金相观察发现,该技术使连铸坯中心等轴晶区扩大到截面的45%~55%,在很大程度上消除了中心偏析,提高了中心组织的致密度,显著改善了连铸坯的组织结构,减少了轴向化学不均质性,提高了钢坯品质,同时连铸机拉速提高了30%~35%。
The effects of superheating degree of molten steel, casting speed and steel strip size on the insertion speed of steel strip were studied by carrying out continuous casting mold strip experiment. The results show that the reasonable pulling speed of slab is 1.2 ~ 1.4m / min, the optimum superheat of molten steel is 28 ~ 31 ℃, the speed of steel strip insertion increases with the increase of casting speed. When the insertion ratio is close to 1%, the insertion speed decreases as the strip size gradually increases. Metallographic observation showed that this technique enlarged the equiaxed zone in the center of the billet to 45% -55% of the cross section, largely eliminated the center segregation, increased the density of the center structure and significantly improved the slab The organizational structure reduces the axial chemical inhomogeneity and improves the billet quality, while continuous casting machine pull speed increased by 30% to 35%.
