本文研究一种以普通电磁传感器为探头,利用数字电路精确测量出轴系转动规律并从中分析计算出轴系的扭振角度的不标定扭振测试技术。对国内外电磁扭振仪所带标定信号以及发动机扭振特性的实测结果表明:本文提出的扭振测试仪器具有使用中无需标定、转速适应范围广、精度高、工作稳定和成本低等优点。文中将具体介绍该仪器的构成及工作原理,并给出实验研究结果和应用实例。
In this paper, a non-calibrated torsional vibration testing technique that uses a common electromagnetic sensor as a probe to accurately measure the rotation rule of a shaft system by using a digital circuit and analyze the torsional vibration angle of the shaft system is analyzed. The measured results of the calibration signals and the torsional vibration characteristics of the engine at home and abroad show that the torsional vibration test instrument proposed in this paper has the advantages of no need of calibration, wide range of rotation speed, high precision, stable operation and low cost. The article will introduce the composition of the instrument and working principle, and gives experimental results and application examples.
