煤矿中的机械零件表面在生产加工中由于制造环境的影响会产生残余应力,降低了零件的使用性能。通过分析材料产生残余应力的几个原因:冷塑性变形、热塑性变形以及内部组织的改变,并提出磨削裂纹的防止方案,加强对于机械残余应力的了解,给零件的设计提供参考。
Mechanical parts in the mine surface in the production process due to the impact of the manufacturing environment will have residual stress, reducing the performance of parts. By analyzing the causes of material residual stress: cold plastic deformation, thermoplastic deformation and internal organization changes, and put forward the prevention of grinding cracks to enhance the understanding of mechanical residual stress, to provide reference for the design of parts.
