构件残余应力的大小及分布是振动时效工艺参数选取的依据。为了了解大型油压机横梁铸造残余应力的分布,笔者对横梁铸造过程温度场和应力场进行了分析研究,并在分析其铸造过程温度场变化和热应力的基础上,提出了以有限元分析结果为依据,选取振动时效激振力的方法,取得了比较满意的结果。
The size and distribution of residual stress of components are the basis for selecting the parameters of vibration aging process. In order to understand the distribution of residual stress in the beam casting process of large hydraulic press, the author analyzes the temperature field and the stress field in the process of the beam casting.
