研究了钢/粘接剂/塑料层状复合材料的粘接性能。使用两种钢基材进行比较:一种未经任何表面处理,另外一种经过磷酸化表面处理。剥离强度测试来定量分析钢/粘接剂/塑料之间的干和湿两种状态的粘接性能。结果表明,表面磷酸化处理钢的粘接性能和耐水性明显地提高。
The bonding properties of steel / adhesive / plastic layered composites were studied. Two steel substrates were used for comparison: one without any surface treatment and the other with a phosphated surface treatment. Peel strength test to quantitatively analyze the adhesion between steel / adhesive / plastic in both wet and dry conditions. The results show that the surface phosphating treatment of steel adhesion and water resistance increased significantly.
