对不同廉价模板剂合成的Ti-ZSM-5分子筛的结构与性能进行了表征。XRD、IR和SEM分析表明,在四乙基溴化铵、1,6-己二胺、正丁胺、四丙基氢氧化铵4种模板剂体系中合成的Ti-ZSM-5分子筛,钛均进入了分子筛骨架。NH3-TPD测定表明,Ti-ZSM-5分子筛只有L酸中心,且酸性弱。Ti-ZSM-5分子筛具有憎水性和良好的热稳定性。
The structure and properties of Ti-ZSM-5 zeolite synthesized by different low-cost templating agents were characterized. The results of XRD, IR and SEM showed that Ti-ZSM-5 zeolite synthesized in four kinds of template system of tetraethylammonium bromide, hexamethylenediamine, n-butylamine, tetrapropylammonium hydroxide, titanium Have entered the molecular sieve framework. The results of NH3-TPD show that Ti-ZSM-5 zeolite has only L acid sites and weak acidity. Ti-ZSM-5 molecular sieve has hydrophobicity and good thermal stability.
