为探讨复方肿瘤血管生成抑制因子口服液(COL-TAI)对正常及化疗小鼠免疫功能的影响,应用环磷酰胺(CTX)对实验小鼠进行化疗或给实验小鼠以致死量的阿糖胞苷(ARA-C),然后给小鼠口服COL-TAI,比较用药组和对照组之间小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞C3b受体活性、吞噬功能、淋巴细胞酸性非特异性酯酶和生存时间等免疫指标的影响.结果显示COL-TAI可明显提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞C3b受体性活,COL-TAI对化疗小鼠的免疫缺损有恢复作用,可提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数,增加ANAE+(α-乙酸苯酯酶+)淋巴细胞百分率;COL-TAI可显著延长给阿糖胞苷致死量小鼠的生命(P<0.01).COL-TAI具有增强正常和化疗小鼠特异性和非特异性免疫功能,口服COL-TAI可显著提高化疗小鼠的免疫水平.
To investigate the effect of compound tumor angiogenesis inhibitor oral liquid (COL-TAI) on the immune function of normal and chemotherapy mice, the experimental mice were treated with cyclophosphamide (CTX) or given a lethal dose of arabinose (ARA-C), and then oral administration of COL-TAI to mice, compared the drug-treated group and control group mouse peritoneal macrophage C3b receptor activity, phagocytic function, lymphocyte acid non-specific esterase and survival time Impact of immune indicators. COL-TAI can enhance the specific and non-specific immune function of normal and chemotherapy mice. Oral administration of COL-TAI can significantly improve the immune level of mice treated with chemotherapy.
