现行测定酚的方法主要是4-氨基安替吡林比色法。它的主要缺点是不能测定对位酚。自提出用3-甲基-二苯并噻唑腙(MBTH)法测定酚以来,曾对该法进行了许多研究。它的优点是对位酚可起反应。但对多元酚也不能测定。 恒电流电生溴使酚溴化测定酚也有一些报道,但干扰因素较多。
The current method for the determination of phenols is mainly 4-amino antipyrine colorimetry. Its main disadvantage is the inability to measure para phenol.
