应用Knauer高效液相色谱仪中的双检测器(Dual detector)对分离不完全的组分(R<1)具有不同的响应值(或定量因子),求解线性联立方程进行定量。选用分离度R=0.4的蒽和菲及R=0.16的间-二甲苯和对-二甲苯作为样品,得到较为满意的结果。此法原则上也适用于气相色谱。
The dual detector in Knauer HPLC was used to quantify the simultaneous equations by solving differential responses (or quantitation factors) for incompletely separated components (R <1). Anthracene and phenanthrene with R = 0.4 and m-xylene and p-xylene with R = 0.16 were selected as the samples to get satisfactory results. In principle, this method also applies to gas chromatography.
