室内培养了5种浮游植物,并测定了它们的氮和总氨基酸含量,氮含量范围为3.37—7.61%,含量顺序为菱形藻>杜氏藻>三角褐指藻>小角刺藻>亚心扁藻,总氨基酸中共测出17种氨基酸,含量最多的氨基酸顺序一般为谷氨酸>天门冬氨酸>亮氨酸>丙氨酸>精氨酸和甘氨酸,含量范围为1.0—4.16%,各藻的总氨基酸含量顺序与氮含量相同,还测定了杜氏藻和菱形藻的乙醇可溶游离氨基酸含量,共测出16种,其中以谷氨酸、精氨酸、丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸等为主要成分,含量范围为0.15—0.59%。
