本文介绍了用雾化法制备金属钇粒的工艺、设备及各工艺参数的影响。试验以纯度为99.5%的金属钇作原料,99.99%的高纯氩气为雾化介质,8千瓦高频炉为加热源。雾化炉系统真空度可达8×10~(-4)托。每次雾化量为300克左右。我们采用底注法来获得一定直径的金属液流。制得了粒度范围为-2.5毫米~+0.076毫米的金属钇粒。一次雾化直收率平均为57.7%。金属总回收率达92%。钇粒呈球形,其球形特征系数平均<1.03。产品的含氧量在0.23%左右。 This article describes the use of atomization yttrium metal preparation process, equipment and the impact of various process parameters. Test with 99.5% purity of metal yttrium as raw material, 99.99% of high-purity argon atomized medium, 8 kilowatts high-frequency furnace as a heating source. Atomization furnace vacuum system up to 8 × 10 ~ (-4) care. Each atomized amount of about 300 grams. We use the bottom note to get a certain diameter of the metal flow. Metal yttrium particles having a particle size in the range of -2.5 mm to +0.076 mm were obtained. One atomization straight yield average 57.7%. The total metal recovery rate of 92%. The yttrium particles are spherical with an average sphere index of <1.03. The oxygen content of the product is about 0.23%.
