乳腺癌是妇女癌症死亡的第二个主要原因,约1/10的美国妇女在她们一生的某时期患此病。虽然动物实验已表明高脂肪饮食与乳腺癌的发生有关,但人的研究资料已证实其结果还不是结论性的。新的研究认为,动物脂肪的确能增高患乳腺癌的危险性,而其他食物可能降低其危险性。此项研究引起争论的结果还认为,当一名妇女吃一种可能促进癌或防护癌的食品时,那种食品是否将与她将来的乳腺发病危险有影响。
Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women, and about one-tenth of American women suffer from the disease at some time of their life. Although animal experiments have shown that high-fat diet and breast cancer, but people’s research data have confirmed its results are not conclusive. New research suggests that animal fats do increase the risk of breast cancer, while other foods may reduce their risk. The controversial results of this study also suggest that when a woman eats a food that may promote cancer or protect against cancer, that food will have an impact on her future risk of breast disease.
