为研究高功率半导体激光器阵列(HLDA)远场光束分布和传输特性,基于亥姆霍兹方程的远场解,提出HLDA的远场分布模型.实验表明:测试数据与理论模型吻合很好,在95%能量分布区域内,HLDA理论模型拟合测量数据的误差小于5%.基于该理论模型,仿真分析了HLDA光束截面光强分布、传输中心轴光强分布、光束束宽等特性.
In order to study the far field beam distribution and transmission characteristics of high power semiconductor laser array (HLDA), a far field distribution model of HLDA is proposed based on the far field solution of the Helmholtz equation. The experimental results show that the test data agree well with the theoretical model, The error of HLDA theoretical model fitting measurement data is less than 5% in the 95% energy distribution region.Based on the theoretical model, the characteristics of the beam intensity distribution, transmission center axis intensity and beamwidth are simulated and analyzed.
