目的 :确定规范化栽培百合最佳产地加工方法。方法 :分别采用苯酚硫酸法和钼蓝比色法测定百合多糖及总磷脂含量。结果 :百合多糖含量为中片 >外片 >混片 >心片 ,总磷有旨含量为心片 >混片 >中片 >外片 ;烫片时间的长短对百合药材的外形质量影响比对内在品质的影响更大 ;烘干干燥法对百合多糖和总磷脂含量没有多大影响 ,但药材颜色变成深褐色 ,外观性状较差 ;熏硫干燥法对百合多糖的含量影响不大 ,但百合总磷脂含量明显降低 ,药材的毒性增大。结论 :产地加工时外片、中片、心片应分开盛放 ;烫片时应更多地关注百合的外形质量 ,混片 1 1~ 1 3min为宜 ;干燥时宜采用晒干法
Purpose : To determine the best method of processing the cultivated lily. Methods: The contents of polysaccharides and total phospholipids in lily were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and molybdenum blue colorimetry respectively. RESULTS: The content of polysaccharides in lily was middle slice> outer slice> mixed slice> core slice. The content of total phosphorus was heart slice> mixed slice> middle slice> outer slice; the length of ironing time had a greater effect on the appearance and quality of lily. The influence of intrinsic quality is greater; drying and drying methods have little effect on the polysaccharide content of Lilium and total phospholipids, but the color of medicinal herbs is dark brown and the appearance traits are poor; the dryness of smoked sulphur has little effect on the content of polysaccharides of lilies, but Lily The total phospholipid content was significantly reduced and the toxicity of the medicinal materials increased. Conclusions: The outer slice, middle slice and core slice should be placed separately when processing in the place of origin; the appearance and quality of lily should be paid more attention when pressing the slice, and the mixed slice should be suitable for 11 to 13 minutes; drying method should be adopted when drying.
