双辊铸轧过程中金属的轧制变形甚至可以发生在金属完全凝固之前。高温金属与粗轧辊均有利于辊缝出口侧热轧变形量达到极大值。在这种情况下,轧辊与板坯的接触面产生极大的摩擦力,使沿接触弧上出现陡度极大的压力分布,压力峰值要比铸轧金属的屈服强度太好几倍。向着板坯中心升高的变形程度对辊缝入口侧的液穴形状会产生影响。本文对铸轧机的轧制问题作了介绍。从基本观点和试验数据出发,研究了诸如压力分布曲线特性、压延及粘辊现象和前张力的作用等问题。
Rolling deformation of metal during twin roll casting can occur even before the metal is fully solidified. Hot metal and rough roll are conducive to roll gap at the exit side of the hot-rolled deformation reaches a maximum value. In this case, the contact surface of the roll with the slab generates a great friction force, so that there is a great pressure gradient along the contact arc with a sharp pressure peak several times better than the yield strength of the cast metal. The degree of deformation toward the center of the slab affects the shape of the liquid hole at the entrance side of the nip. This article describes the rolling of the rolling mill. Starting from the basic point of view and the experimental data, such as the pressure distribution curve characteristics, the phenomenon of rolling and sticking roller phenomenon and the role of the former tension and other issues.
