目的了解甘肃省7~18岁儿童腰围和腰围身高比的百分位数正常值,并对其分布特征和发育趋势进行分析。方法以甘肃省7~18岁汉族城乡6600名学龄儿童青少年为研究对象,测量腰围、身高等数据;使用百分位数法建立腰围、腰围身高比正常值;并和国内相关数据比较。结果获得甘肃省7~18岁汉族中小学生各年龄组男女腰围、腰围身高比的P5、P10、P25、P50、P75、P90和P95百分位数正常值;甘肃省7~18岁男女生腰围P50在7~18岁呈逐年上升的趋势并出现了两次交叉;腰围身高比随年龄、性别变化波动很小;甘肃省中小学生的腰围、腰围身高比P50 15岁前基本低于中国和北京同龄同性别人群的水平,但是16岁后高于中国和北京同龄同性别人群的水平。结论建立了甘肃地区汉族7~18岁儿童青少年腰围、腰围身高比百分位数正常值,为进一步研究我国儿童青少年中心性肥胖提供基本数据。
Objective To understand the normal values of percentile of waist circumference and waist circumference in children aged 7-18 years in Gansu Province and to analyze its distribution characteristics and development trend. Methods A total of 6600 school-age children and adolescents aged from 7 to 18 years in Gansu province were surveyed. The waist circumference and height were measured. The waist circumference and waist circumference were set higher than normal by using the percentile method. The data were compared with those from other countries. Results The P5, P10, P25, P50, P75, P90 and P95 percentiles of the waist-height and waist-height of men and women of all age groups of 7-18-year-old Han and Han students of Gansu Province were normal. P50 in the age of 7 to 18 years showed a rising trend and the emergence of two crosses; waist height ratio with age and sex changes in small fluctuations; Gansu Province waist circumference, waist circumference than the P50 before 15 years of age was lower than China and Beijing Same-sex same-sex population but higher than the same-sex same-sex population in China and Beijing after 16 years of age. Conclusion This study established the normal figure of waist-circumference and waist circumference of adolescents aged 7-18 in Han nationality in Gansu province, and provided the basic data for further study on the central obesity of children and adolescents in our country.
