一些由中国的技术和物力制造出的物品,对于处于基层的一些人员是有着很大的需求的,尤其是技能型的人员,包括班长和组长。而每一个班组又是每一个企业最基础的单位,就像是人身体上的细胞,因此,班组的成立、建设和管理是直接的影响着企业的,并且在一定情况下会制约整个企业的经济利益等。针对这种情况,高职工科便开设的一门课程,主要是将理论与工作的实际情况相结合,这门课程的实践性相对于其他的课程来说是很强的。将理论与实际完美的相结合,让学生们能够积极的去学习,努力的去掌握知识,整个课程的教授效果会在一定程度上有大幅度的提高。
