细胞质膜上富含胆固醇和鞘脂的微结构域 rafts与膜蛋白 caveolin- 1结合后向细胞内凹陷 ,形成烧瓶状的 caveolae。caveolae和 caveolin- 1在许多生理、病理活动中起重要作用。caveolin- 1在恶性肿瘤发生、发展的多方面、多环节上发挥着关键的调控作用。对于大多数类型的肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡和侵袭转移均起负向调控作用 ;但在前列腺癌的研究中 ,出现了相反的结果。在恶性肿瘤中的研究值得进一步深入。
The rafts of cholesterol- and sphingolipid-rich microstructures on the plasma membrane of the cell, after being bound to the membrane protein caveolin-1, are depressed toward the cells to form flask-shaped caveolae. Caveolae and caveolin-1 play important roles in many physiological and pathological activities. Caveolin-1 plays a key regulatory role in many aspects and development of malignant tumor. For most types of tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis and invasion and metastasis play a negative regulatory role; but in the study of prostate cancer, the opposite results. Research in malignant tumors deserves further exploration.
