对覆膜砂选择性激光烧结的精度进行了分析,重点讨论激光功率、铺粉厚度、搭接间距、预热温度和扫描速度对成形件精度的影响;通过L16的正交试验,对试验结果降噪和均值计算,得到各因素对精度影响的权重并得出最优工艺组合,为进一步提高覆膜砂激光烧结件的精度奠定了基础。
The accuracy of selective laser sintering of coated sand was analyzed. The effects of laser power, thickness of coating, bonding distance, preheating temperature and scanning speed on the precision of forming parts were discussed. Through the orthogonal experiment of L16, Noise reduction and mean value calculation, get the weight of the factors affecting the accuracy and get the best combination of technology, which lays the foundation for further improving the precision of the coated sapphire sintered parts.
