中林美荷杨扦插易成活、木材材质好、生长周期短,是中国重点推广的绿化造林树种。为提高该树种的耐盐性,本研究将GhAPX基因导入中林美荷杨基因组中,以期获得耐盐性提高的株系。我们采用叶盘法将GhAPX基因导入中林美荷杨基因组中,对所获得的再生植株进行PCR和Southern blotting检测,将检测后的转基因植株进行0.5%的氯化钠盐胁迫处理,其表现出较强的耐盐性。中林美荷杨耐盐株系的获得为该树种在盐碱地区的推广提供了新的种质。
Zhong Lin Mei He Yang cuttings survive, wood material is good, short growth cycle, is China’s afforestation afforestation species. In order to improve the salt tolerance of the tree species, GhAPX gene was introduced into the genome of Populus simonii in order to obtain a strain with improved salt tolerance. We introduced the GhAPX gene into the genome of Populus simonii using leaf disc method. The regenerated plants were tested by PCR and Southern blotting. The tested transgenic plants were treated with 0.5% NaCl stress, Strong salt tolerance. The availability of Zhonglinhehe Yangyan salt-tolerant lines provided new germplasm for the promotion of this tree species in the saline-alkali region.
