本文建立了分光光度法测定用过量Fe3+与植酸反应后的上清液中剩余Fe3+,从而间接测定食物中植酸含量的方法,对测试条件进行了系统的探讨。该方法的线性范围为 0~8μg植酸/ml;相关系数为 0. 9995,检出限为 0. 096μg植酸/ml,相对标准偏差为0.7%~9.2%,15种样品的加标回收率为96.6%~106.0%,该法与消化测磷法的测定结果比较,差异无显著性。该法灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,操作简便。
In this paper, the method of spectrophotometric determination of excess Fe3 + in supernatant with excess Fe3 + in phytic acid to determine the content of phytic acid in food was established, and the test conditions were systematically discussed. The linear range of this method is 0 ~ 8μg phytic acid / ml; the correlation coefficient is 0. 9995, the detection limit is 0. The relative standard deviations were 0.7% ~ 9.2%, and the recoveries of the 15 samples were 96.6% ~ 106.0%. The results of this method were compared with the results of digestion and phosphorus determination , No significant difference. The method of high sensitivity, accurate and reliable results, easy to operate.
