大连机床厂74年生产的C7620卡盘多刀半自动车床的电气线路,主要优点是采用了步进式程序控制,通过改变输入和输出矩阵板上插销位置,可满足加工工艺上各种动作要求。但由于线路较复杂,继电器等电器元件较多,工作可靠性差,不便调整维修。为此,我们将该线路加以简化,并改制了一些电器元件,取得了较好的效果。 一、线路上的简化 图1是简化后的C7620原理图。共简化七个方面: 1.复位 原图的复位是由复位按钮5A和输入矩阵上的两条复位线组成的,实现在紧急状态下机床复归原始位置。为此,就
