办好农函大是市(县)科协的一项长期性工作,也是市(县)科协工作中的重头戏。农函大工作面广、量大,涉及到千家万户。但是,从市 (县)农函大分校到乡镇农函大辅导站都没有编制,由兼职人员承担农函大工作。上虞市科协自创办农函大分校以来,一直依靠农村成人教育这支队伍开展农函大工作,并取得了一定的成绩,每年培训人数在3000人以上,结业率和发证率都在95％以上。上虞市农函大分校自1996年创办至今,已三次被评为省先进办学
