目的介绍大隐静脉曲张的激光治疗。方法局部麻醉和连续硬膜外麻醉下应用810nm半导体激光综合治疗仪(SURGILAS)治疗大隐静脉曲张126例。结果应用激光治疗大隐静脉曲张126例,183条肢体。男59例,女67例,均获满意疗效,无并发症发生,平均住院5.5d,随访6～12个月无复发。结论用激光治疗大隐静脉曲张对患者创伤小,方法简单,安全,而且无手术疤痕,美观且疗效可靠,下床活动早,住院时间较常规手术明显缩短,患者满意度高。 Objective To introduce laser treatment of varicose saphenous vein. Methods A total of 126 cases of varicose saphenous vein were treated with 810nm semiconductor laser combined with SURGILAS under local anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia. Results Laser saphenous vein varicose vein treatment of 126 cases, 183 limbs. There were 59 males and 67 females, all of whom were satisfied with the curative effect without any complication. The average hospitalization was 5.5 days. No recurrence was observed after 6-12 months of follow-up. Conclusion Laser saphenous varicose vein treatment of patients with small trauma, the method is simple, safe, and no surgical scar, beautiful and reliable, early bed ambulation, hospitalization was significantly shorter than conventional surgery, patients with high satisfaction.
