盆腔大手术常可引起尿道括约肌无力,并导致短暂或永久的尿失禁。本文旨在研究海绵体神经是否不只单独支配海绵体肌,而且也有纤维分布于尿道括约肌。病人和方法,将病人分为两组:Ⅰ组10例,不损害神经的前列腺癌根治术病人,平均年龄70.2岁。从手术到EMG检查的平均间隔时间为11.8月。1例术前进行了前列腺根治性外照射,4例术前有勃起障碍。EMG检查时均无肿瘤复发或恶化。血清前列腺特异抗原<4.4μg/ml。Ⅱ组10例膀胱移行细胞癌病人,平均年龄69.7岁。从手术到EMG检查的平均间隔时间为29.4月。5例进行了根治性外照射但却失
Major pelvic surgery can often cause weakness of the urethral sphincter and result in transient or permanent urinary incontinence. This article aims to investigate whether the cavernous nerve controls not only the cavernous muscles alone, but also the fibers that are located in the urethral sphincter.
