儿童肾癌少见，我院自1989年1月至1997年2月共收治2例，均经手术和病理证实，报告如下。例1，女，8岁，因无痛性血尿3个月，于1989年1月7日入院。体检仅发现中度贫血。实验室检查：尿红细胞洲，OT试验1：Z000为州。尿找结核杆菌及癌细胞阴性。B超在左肾下极探及一2．8X2gcm大小
