生产活动的正常运转都应由计划调度安排控制。实际生产中有效的生产控制必须建立高效、满足动态要求的生产调度系统。在分析实际生产调度问题的基础上,讨论并建立了一种智能调度系统实用模型,并给出动态调度系统的运行过程与主要算法步骤。该系统成功地将仿真与智能方法有机结合,使系统在效果上和速度上满足生产控制的实际需要。此模型已实际应用于某航空企业的数控分厂。
The normal operation of production activities should be controlled by the planning and scheduling arrangements. Effective production control in the actual production must establish efficient and meet the dynamic requirements of the production scheduling system. Based on the analysis of the actual production scheduling problem, a practical model of intelligent scheduling system is discussed and established. The running process and main algorithm steps of the dynamic scheduling system are given. The system successfully combines the simulation and intelligent methods to make the system meet the actual needs of production control both in effect and speed. This model has been actually applied to a numerical control branch of an aviation enterprise.
