当前,我国经济发展中一个重要的中流砥柱就是国有企业,国企能否健康发展将直接关系着国民经济命脉,而企业要健康发展,起决定因素的还是人,如何将国企员工的积极性调动起来,更好的为企业发展建言出力是企业管理人员要面临的课题。本文对分析了国企目前人力资源现状,并就如何激励国企人力资源提出几点建议,具有一定理论性和操作性,供业界参考。
At present, one of the important pillars of our economic development is the state-owned enterprises. Whether the state-owned enterprises can develop healthily will directly affect the lifeline of the national economy. Whether enterprises should make sound development depends on whether the enthusiasm of state-owned enterprises staff is mobilized. Good advice for the development of enterprises is the business managers to face the issue. This article analyzes the present state of human resources in state-owned enterprises and puts forward some suggestions on how to stimulate the human resources of state-owned enterprises. It has some theoretical and operational implications for the industry.
