中央空调冷却水系统变频特性实验研究

冷却水设备稳定可靠运行对中央空调系统是至关重要的。本文以某办公楼的中央空调冷却水系统为研究对象,对冷却泵和冷却塔耦合变频特性进行了实验研究,着重分析了变频调节状态下冷却水系统的动态特性、可调性及优化运行,结果表明变频调节控制可取得较理想效果,但应合理设置变频器的响应时间间隔。 Cooling water equipment, stable and reliable operation of the central air conditioning system is essential. In this paper, the central air conditioning cooling water system in an office building is taken as the research object, the coupling frequency conversion characteristics of the cooling pump and the cooling tower are experimentally studied, and the dynamic characteristics, adjustability and optimal operation of the cooling water system are analyzed emphatically. The results show that VFD control can achieve better results, but should set the response time interval of VFD reasonably.
