炼胶(塑)机减速箱至轧辊上的一对传动齿轮运行了一定时期后就要磨损,啮合性变差,加剧了运转中的振动,从而影响到减速箱及轧辊轴瓦的磨损。为恢复传动性能,一般是采用更换备品的办法加以解决。根据我厂对几次调换下来的大齿轮磨损情况的分析,参考了《机修手册》关于订第一版、第二篇、第三册)“圆柱齿轮传动”中介绍的方法,认为这些齿轮完全可以修复再用,方法也比较简便。修复方法根据大齿轮的磨损状况,将大齿轮的齿顶圆车去一层,并用相应切齿刀将齿间加深到原来的全齿高;然后再新制一只齿顶圆相应增大的小齿轮与之相配,保持原有的中心距,供下次调换时用。
