CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道(简称“Ⅱ型板式无砟轨道”)技术是借鉴德国博格公司无砟轨道技术并在此基础上形成的拥完全中国自主知识产权的无砟轨道技术。Ⅱ型板式无砟轨道采用了连续底座混凝土结构和轨道板纵联方式,易于确保了高铁高平顺性,而且现场施工作业简单方便、可靠性好。本文主要介绍沪杭客专嘉善南站段路基支承层施工技术,从支承层施工工艺和现场施工组织等方面进行阐述,比较全面的介绍了路基支承层施工。
The CRTS II slab ballastless track technology (referred to as “slab ballastless track II” for short) is a ballastless orbital technology with complete Chinese intellectual property formed on the basis of the German Borghese ballastless track technology. The Ⅱ type slab ballastless track adopts continuous base concrete structure and track slab longitudinal connection mode, which is easy to ensure the high ride comfort of high-speed rail. The on-site construction operation is simple and convenient with good reliability. This article mainly introduces the construction technology of the subgrade support layer of the Jiashan South Station section of Shanghai-Hangzhou passenger-dedicated railway, expounds the construction technology of the subgrade from the supporting layer and the construction organization on site, and more comprehensively introduces the construction of subgrade supporting layer.
