研究了铅电极在阳极氧化过程中光响应的产生机制。结果表明,Pb电极在光照氧化时存在光活化过程,且光活化过程须在电位高于0V时才能发生。实验中发现铅阳极膜在负电位区除产生阴极光电流外,也能产生阳极光电流,其中阴极光电流是由阳极膜中的p型氧化铅产生的,而阳极光电流则可能由阳极膜中形成p-n结的氧化铅所产生。采用现场测量光电压技术研究了Pb电极在硫酸溶液中的恒电流极化过程。
The mechanism of photo-response of lead electrode during anodic oxidation was studied. The results show that there is a photoactivation process of Pb electrode when it is oxidized by light, and the photoactivation process should occur only when the potential is higher than 0V. In the experiment, it was found that the lead anode film can produce anode photocurrent in addition to cathode photocurrent in the negative potential region. Cathode photocurrent is generated by the p-type lead oxide in the anode film, while the anode photocurrent may be generated by the anode film In the formation of p-n junction lead oxide produced. The on-site measurement of photovoltage was used to study the galvanostatic polarization of Pb electrode in sulfuric acid solution.
