The competitive advantage of online travel enterprises comes from its many important marketing elements, products, prices, channels, communication and interaction. Compared with its major competitors, Ctrip has obvious competitive advantages, mainly reflected in the three aspects of product, communication and interaction. Ctrip should continue to increase product breadth, improve advertising coverage and enhance interaction.
