用杏扁优株‘07-3’作为研究材料。在花芽萌动期和膨大期进行树体喷钙和喷钙离子抑制剂处理,采集盛花期花枝进行室内模拟低温试验,调查低温下不同处理杏扁雌蕊冻害,通过测定不同处理雌蕊的可溶性糖含量、MDA含量、SOD活性和POD活性,研究外源钙与杏扁雌蕊抗寒性间的关系。结果表明,外源钙处理提高了雌蕊可溶性糖含量,降低了雌蕊MDA含量,增强了雌蕊SOD酶活性和POD酶活性,显著降低了雌蕊的冻害,提高了其抗寒能力;外源喷钙离子抑制剂处理则相反。
