以硼铁矿13m3高炉分离得到的现场活性富硼渣为原料,采用碳碱法工艺制取硼砂.实验在FYX-05A型高压釜中进行.通过对反应时间、总压力、液固比、碱量等四方面因素进行正交设计实验,得到135℃,纯CO2条件下富硼渣碳碱法制硼砂实验的最优工艺参数:碳解反应时间12h,碳解罐总压力0.8MPa,液固比2.5,碱量为理论量的110%,碳解率大于75%.实验数据经级差分析表明,碳解反应时间和碳解罐总压力是影响浸出反应的最关键因素,液固比和碱量是次关键因素
Boronite 13m3 blast furnace separation of the active site-rich boron slag as raw material, the use of carbon and alkali process borax. Experiments were conducted in a FYX-05A autoclave. Through orthogonal design experiments on four aspects of reaction time, total pressure, liquid-solid ratio, alkali amount and so on, the optimal process parameters of borax experiment with boron-rich slag carbon and alkali under pure CO2 of 135 ℃ were obtained: carbon reaction time 12h, the total pressure of carbonysis tank 0.8MPa, liquid to solid ratio 2.5, the amount of alkali is 110% of the theoretical amount, the carbon dissolution rate is greater than 75%. The experimental data by step analysis showed that the carbon solution reaction time and the total carbon tank pressure is the most important factor affecting the leaching reaction, the liquid-solid ratio and the amount of alkali is the second key factor
