多层螺旋CT(multislice spiral CT,MSCT)是1998年北美放射学会(RSNA)上推出新的CT技术。被认为是继螺旋CT后又一重大突破。当前已有多家公司推出40-64 层MSCT机,即每圈扫描采集40-64层图像,CT机的检查速度及图像质量均达到了一个新的阶段,实现了亚毫米、亚秒扫描和实时显像。由于其扫描速度快、损伤性小,时间分辨率及空间分辨率高,检查方便且费用较低等特点使得MSCT冠状动脉血管成像(MSCT coronary angiography, MSCTCA)在临床上得以推广、应用,为冠脉病变无创检查显示提供了新的较为简便的方法。本文旨在探讨MSCTA 成像技术在冠状动脉病变中的应用价值及限度。
Multislice spiral CT (MSCT) is a new CT technique introduced at Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in 1998. Is considered to be another major breakthrough after spiral CT.
