本世纪是全球经济一体化的时代,更是经济和文化一体化的时代,构建经济和文化一体化的企业文化,正在受到越来越多的企业的重视,其已成为新世纪企业改革、经济发展和社会进步的重要标志。企业文化建设的根本目的,就是用文化力激活生产力,增强凝聚力、执行力和创造力,进而提升企业核心竞争力。企业文化建设是一项长期的系统工程,其内容相当复杂,但其出发点和落脚点总离不开提高员工的素质。员工素质是企业文化的内在要素,是承载企业灵魂、展示企业形象 This century is an era of global economic integration.
