某矿由于煉锡鼓风爐发生爆炸事故,严重地影响生产任务的完成。为了使各地冶煉厂能够从这一次事故中,吸取教训,特将事故加以分析和介绍于下,希望引起有关部门注意,提高警惕。某厂是用木炭作还原剂,经常配入木炭量为矿石量80%左右,在开爐时或中途短时间停爐后再去开爐时,则配入木炭量要多些。由于开爐温度不高,此温度不高的时间维持过长,所以使煤气大量产生,煤气中含一氧化碳很高,大约在25%左右。加之在操作技术规程方面也未留意,而使加料口处冒出明火,明火中的火星被气流带进沉淀烟尘室和烟道室中,以致引起爆炸事故。现从五方面来分析当时爆炸产生的原因。
