随着我国事业单位工资改革的不断深入,事业单位绩效工资被提到了重要日程安排上来。绩效工资作为事业单位现行工资制度的重要组成部分,通过考订评价员工的工作水平、成绩和表现来对绩效工资分配比率进行确定,实现绩效工资的优化配置,以此来提高事业单位人员的竞争意识,充分地调动事业单位员工的工作积极性。文中分析了事业单位实施绩效工资的必要性和可靠性,并进一步对事业单位绩效工资分配实施提出了具体的建议。
With the continuous deepening of wage reform in public institutions in China, the performance pay of public institutions has been mentioned in important calendars. As an important part of the current salary system of PSU, performance pay is determined by appraising and assessing staff’s work level, performance and performance, and optimizing the allocation of performance pay, so as to raise the awareness of competition among PSU staff , Fully mobilize staff enthusiasm for the institutions. The paper analyzes the necessity and reliability of performance pay for public institutions, and puts forward some concrete suggestions for implementing performance pay distribution in public institutions.
