我厂在制造12~16马力高速柴油机的生产活动中,对形状复杂的凸轮轴(见图一)的热处理曾经进行很长时期的摸索与研究,现已获得初步成绩。我们采用了镀铜选择表面氰化法进行处理,效果很好。在采用这个方法之前,我们曾采用和考虑过各种不同的方法,在较长的一个时期中曾经采用了在不需渗碳处包扎火泥和石棉而后进行固体渗碳的方法。但是由于这些工艺都不能满足技术条件的要求,特别是在防护渗碳与弯曲校直的问题上,因此曾经给我俩造成了不少困难。镀铜选择表面氰化注的采用,基本上克服了上述困难。但在新工艺的掌握上也曾经过了长期的摸
