目的:探讨宫颈癌患者血清Th1/Th2细胞因子及细胞免疫的水平及关系。方法:选择67例宫颈癌患者作为病例组并进行临床分期,同时选择30例健康体检女性作为对照组,Elisa法检测白介素-2(IL-2)和白介素-4(IL-4)细胞因子水平并计算IL-2/IL-4,流式细胞术检测CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群水平并计算CD4+/CD8+。结果:病例组患者血清IL-2、IL-4水平以及CD8+高于对照组,而CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和IL-2/IL-4低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着宫颈癌临床分期的加重,血清IL-2、IL-4水平以及CD8+逐渐增高,而CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和IL-2/IL-4则逐渐降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组患者血清IL-2/IL-4与CD4+/CD8+呈明显正相关(r=0.573,P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者细胞因子和T细胞亚群动态平衡发生紊乱,机体处于免疫功能抑制状态,并且二者互相影响共同参与宫颈癌的发生发展。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum Th1 / Th2 cytokines and cellular immunity in patients with cervical cancer. Methods: Thirty-seven patients with cervical cancer were selected as clinical cases and underwent clinical staging. 30 healthy women were selected as control group. The levels of IL-2 and IL-4 were measured by Elisa method. The level of CD4 + and CD8 + T lymphocyte subsets and CD4 + / CD8 + were calculated by flow cytometry. Results: Serum levels of IL-2, IL-4 and CD8 + were significantly lower than those of the control group, but the levels of CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and IL-2 / IL-4 in the patients were lower than those in the control group (P 0. 05) ; The levels of IL-2, IL-4 and CD8 + in patients with cervical cancer increased gradually while the levels of CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and IL-2 / IL-4 gradually decreased with the increase of clinical stage <0.05). Serum levels of IL-2 / IL-4 and CD4 + / CD8 + were significantly positively correlated with patients in the case group (r = 0.573, P <0.05). Conclusion: The homeostasis of cytokines and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with cervical cancer is disturbed, and the body is in an immune suppression state, and the two affect each other and participate in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
