循环流化床锅炉(CFB)由于本身的燃烧特点,目前国内均是通过炉内添加石灰石的方式去来控制SO_2排放的,与烟气脱硫工艺相比,具有投资成本低,占地面积小,脱硫效率高等优点,得到了广泛的推广应用~([1])。结合中原大化集团75t/h循环流化床锅炉运行实践,本文对影响循环流化床锅炉脱硫效率的因素进行了分析。锅炉于2002年9月投入运行,使用燃料为烟煤,设计燃烧效率为95%~99%,设计钙硫比约为2,脱硫效率85%。
Due to its own combustion characteristics, CFB currently controls the SO 2 emission by adding limestone in the furnace. Compared with the flue gas desulfurization process, the CFB has the advantages of low investment cost, small floor space, High desulfurization efficiency, has been widely used ~ ([1]). Combined with the practice of Zhongyuan Dahua Group 75t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler, the paper analyzed the factors affecting the desulfurization efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boiler. The boiler was put into operation in September 2002. The fuel used is bituminous coal. The designed combustion efficiency is 95% -99%, the designed calcium-sulfur ratio is about 2, and the desulfurization efficiency is 85%.
