介绍了振动时效工艺在12PA6柴油机机身上的应用,井利用x射线应力仪、动静态应变仪对振动时效前后的残余应力、振动时效过程中的残余应变进行了测量。结果表明,振动时效工艺完全能够代替热时效,并提出了利用残余应变来判断工件复杂部位振动时效效果的新途径。
The application of vibration aging process on the body of 12PA6 diesel engine is introduced. The residual stress before and after vibration aging and the residual strain during vibration aging are measured by X-ray stress meter and dynamic and static strain gauge. The results show that the vibration aging process can completely replace the thermal aging, and put forward a new way to use the residual strain to determine the vibration aging effect of the complex parts of the workpiece.
