华北油田的赵108断块属稠油、高含硫油藏,油藏非均质性严重。以造纸废液为基本原料,引入亲水和亲油基团,还引入抗硫基团,制成PS驱油剂。实验了赵108块原油与PS剂水溶液之间的界面张力,PS剂浓度从005%增至1%,界面张力由1391mN/m降至683mN/m;当PS剂浓度达到2%时,原油乳化,几乎不形成油水界面,界面张力达75×10-5mN/m超低点。赵108块原油与浓度为1%的PS剂混合时,混合液粘度随二者的体积比(Vo∶VPS)变化而变化,当Vo∶VPS小于1∶4时,混合液粘度比原油粘度还高,但当此体积比达1∶9时,混合液粘度为210mPa·s,是原油粘度的三分之一。室内驱替实验表明:PS剂驱可提高采收率10%;注入时机以水驱至含水为96%时再注入PS剂为最好
