为研究一种自制的无机胶粘贴CFRP布加固混凝土结构构件的受力性能,采用该无机胶粘贴CFRP布对3根已经历抗弯承载极限状态的两跨预应力混凝土连续梁进行加固,并对加固梁进行正截面抗弯性能试验。得到了加固梁的荷载-挠度变形曲线和正截面抗弯承载力等试验数据。3根梁均出现继纵向受拉钢筋屈服后,CFRP布被拉断的破坏模式。试验结果表明,用无机胶粘贴CFRP布加固损伤预应力混凝土连续梁可有效提高其承载力。提出了计算值与试验值吻合较好的此类加固梁的抗弯承载力计算方法。
In order to study the mechanical properties of a self-made CFRP-reinforced concrete structural member, three CFRP continuous beams that have undergone flexural load-bearing limit conditions were reinforced with the CFRP cloth. And the reinforcement beam is tested for its normal cross-section bending resistance. The experimental data of the load - deflection curves and the normal section flexural strength of the reinforced beam are obtained. After all the three beams appeared the failure modes of CFRP cloth being broken after the yielding of longitudinal tensioned steel. The test results show that using CFRP to reinforce the prestressed concrete continuous beam can effectively increase its bearing capacity. The calculation method of flexural capacity of such reinforced beams is proposed, which is in good agreement with the experimental data.
