革兰氏阴性细菌内毒素的化学组成为脂多糖,它对温血动物机体具有广泛的生理作用。各方面专家发表了大量的论文,阐述对脂多糖的研究,但所得结果常不一致。这证明问题是复杂的而且是多方面的。无疑至今脂多糖作用的细胞机制,特别是分子机制尚未完全弄清,需进一步研究。原文在叙述了脂多糖的结构、内毒素性质以及对机体非特异性抵抗力的影响以后,重点介绍了它的免疫学性质。
The chemical composition of gram-negative bacterial endotoxins is lipopolysaccharide, which has a wide range of physiological effects on the body of warm-blooded animals.
