本文从多方面探讨了氧气底吹转炉熔池运动的动力学。并提出了下述参数和公式:(1)选择供氧压力的参数,即喷嘴出口处的压强比值ε’_(?)≤0.25;(2)保持吹炼平稳的条件式,该式指明在风嘴直径、熔池深度和氧气压力之间必须服从一定的关系,以免使喷入熔池的氧流从“气泡化”过渡到“流股化”;(3)熔池良好循环运动的条件式,该式表明F’_r值应具有一定数值;(4)确定炉子容积的公式,该式揭示出在熔池直径、氧气流量、风嘴数目、装入量和炉子容积之间必须保持一定的关系,以便防止喷溅。
This paper discusses the kinetics of the movement of the oxygen pool bottom blown bath in many aspects. And the following parameters and formulas are proposed: (1) The parameter of oxygen supply pressure is selected, that is the pressure ratio ε ’_ (?) ≤0.25 at the exit of the nozzle; (2) The condition for maintaining smooth blowing is specified in Nozzle diameter, bath depth and oxygen pressure must obey a certain relationship, so as not to make the flow of oxygen injected into the pool from “bubble” to “stream”; (3) (4) A formula to determine the volume of the furnace, which reveals that there must be some hold between bath diameter, oxygen flow, number of tuyeres, volume of charge, and furnace volume In order to prevent splashing.
